Computers relationship with Health

Currently there are computers in every school and almost every house. We can find stuff quickly using the search engine. We can use it to write, create, store images, scanned documents or images, save our jobs or memories in the files, and play games. We can join with others online to chat or play games. We can read the news or watch things that are happening around the world as is the case today.

It seems that the list of things we can do on the computer grows longer every day.

     There is a lot of research going on around the world, especially on children and the amount of time they spend in front of the computer and play computer games.
     It needs to worry about the length of a long time on the computer can cause:
     Poor posture can lead to problems with the spine, poor blood circulation, and pain in muscles and joints
     hand injury, as pressing a button on the computer or game controller
     obesity, caused by sitting for long periods, snacking while using the computer or game and not getting enough physical exercise

Tips for using a computer

     Set your computer so that you can see the screen without tilting your head up or down.

     Drop your hands in your lap when you are not typing to give your arms a rest.
     Turn away from the screen to focus on something further to give your eyes a break.

     There is a lot of research going on around the world about the effects of game playing in children.
     Believe that playing games is bad for children and can cause them to become aggressive - like the games they play.
     Some researchers worry that children who spend too much time playing the game alone may have problems getting along with others in their everyday lives.
     Researchers believe that some games can improve thinking and decision-making skills of children.
     I guess it depends on what kind of games you play.
     Some games, such as sports games, very active so that you can get a workout at the same time.
     Some games are very interesting to raise your heart rate go up even though your body is not exercising hard.
     Some researchers believe that the exciting games make children feel hungry, but if they do not actually have trained their bodies so they do not need food really sit too long and could be fat!

Things to remember

     Organize yourself and your computer so that you have the most comfortable position for the rest of your body.
